SHIPPING POLICIES 

Thank you for your order !

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Customs “MADE TO ORDER” pieces will be shipped within 7-14 days of purchase.

NOTE- The 3-5 business day processing timeline or 7-14 for Custom MADE TO ORDER pieces does not count for shipping timeline.

SHIPPING WITHIN US average time is 3-9 days 

Be the light by Luz ships Monday - Friday.

Once orders are shipped, Be the light by Luz is no longer liable for packages with USPS priority shipping indicates speed once scanned and sorted.

ALL SHIPMENTS will have tracking number.

- We do have an additional  Re-shipping fees for domestic return orders of $3.99. These include packages that are Return to sender or Insufficient address.
- We cannot change an address that is already in transit.
- We cannot cancel orders once order has been place.

Be the light by Luz provides International shipping

- Shipping fees are calculated by your location and the shipping carrier of your choice. 

- Customer will be charge additional Re-shipping fees (Based on location) for orders that are returned to us for the following reasons. These include packages that are Return to sender,  Insufficient address, unpaid customs and etc. 

- Be the light by Luz is not responsible for custom fees, duties or other charges.

-Customs Fees are based on your location and local government, We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged a custom fee.

 

If you choose U.S. postal service your item won’t be tracked after it departs the U.S. so we recommend DHL.

Your delivery may take between 7-30 days.
