RETURN POLICY

At Be the light by Luz is our priority for you to be happy with your purchase.

But we do understand that things may happen, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy.

Our 14 day return policy, means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that would be provided after email is received.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- After exchange is requested the package must be shipped to us within 5 business days. 

- Shipping fees and insurance for returned items is the responsibility of the client.

- Be the light by Luz is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit for return.

- Exchange or price item refund will be issue ONLY AFTER piece is receive by Be the light by Luz.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.

• We DON’T accept returns  in EARRINGS
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
